My recent visit to Nasik for a family wedding gave me the perfect chance to explore the serene Sula Vineyard with a dear friend.

Sula Vineyard, located amidst the picturesque hills of Nasik in Maharashtra, India, overlooks the tranquil Gangapur Dam.

Spread across 3,000 acres of lush green fields, it features sprawling vineyards, a wine factory, a wine-tasting area, a souvenir shop, and rooftop restaurants.

The inspiring environment left us mesmerized.

Inside the Vineyard Campus

This vineyard is an ideal destination for a weekend getaway, offering a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

We noticed many travelers from Mumbai (about 4 hours away) and Pune (about 5 hours away) enjoying the peace and beauty of the place.

My friend and I, being teetotalers, didn’t partake in the wine tasting but had a wonderful time exploring the grape fields, admiring the colorful wine bottle decor, learning about wine production, and shopping for souvenirs.

Our lunch at the rooftop restaurant was another highlight. The delicious food, paired with a glass of iced tea, and the stunning view of the vineyard made it unforgettable.

Strolling through the peaceful campus, I couldn’t resist capturing pictures to remind me of this wonderful trip.

Visiting Sula Vineyard turned out to be a delightful experience, filled with cherished memories. It’s a place I would love to revisit, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a blend of nature, relaxation, and good food.
