Last Sunday, we indulged in a delightful family lunch at the Rim Naam Thai restaurant at the Oberoi Hotel in Bangalore.
But let me tell you, the star of the show wasn’t just any ordinary dish- it was a dessert that completely blew my mind! I found myself marveling at the chefs’ extraordinary baking and culinary skills.
The dessert dish is called ” Rim Naam Mandarin”.
Picture this: an orange so realistic you’d want to squeeze it!
But here’s the twist- it’s entirely edible, with a vibrant colour and texture that mimics a real mandarin orange.Inside is where the magic happens- it’s filled with a rich, bitter chocolate mousse that’s simply divine. Voila!!
The only thing you can’t eat are the leaves.
